Les travaux sont en cours et le premier conseil d\u2019administration qui s\u2019est r\u00e9uni a <br>d\u00e9sign\u00e9 Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Moncany \u00e0 sa pr\u00e9sidence, \u00e9galement pr\u00e9sident du Cluster Maritime Fran\u00e7ais et Bertrand Alessandrini \u00e0 la direction <br>g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de la Fondation OPEN-C. <br><\/p><p>Bertrand Alessandrini a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 \u00e0 energiesdelamer.eu avoir d\u00e9missionn\u00e9 vendredi dernier de ses fonctions de l\u2019Ecole Centrale de Nantes <br>dirig\u00e9e par Jean-Baptiste Avrillier, pour prendre la direction de la Fondation qui s\u2019installera dans ses locaux le 1 mai 2023 au Croisic, qui <br>appartiennent \u00e0 l\u2019Ecole Centrale. <br><\/p><p>Dans la lign\u00e9e des pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents directeurs 2007, Jean-Baptiste Avrillier qui dirige l\u2019Ecole centrale de Nantes depuis juillet 2020, a <br>accompagn\u00e9 le projet port\u00e9 de Fondation et par Bertrand Alessandrini. <br><\/p><p>Les dix premi\u00e8res ann\u00e9es de fonctionnement de la Fondation OPEN-C pr\u00e9voient un budget consolid\u00e9 de 400M\u20ac de projets, agr\u00e9geant <br>environ deux tiers de financements priv\u00e9s pour un tiers de financements publics. <br><\/p><p>Cinq R\u00e9gions historiquement engag\u00e9es dans la construction de cette nouvelle fili\u00e8re industrielle soutiennent \u00e9galement le projet : la <br>Normandie, la Bretagne, les Pays de la Loire, l\u2019Occitanie et la R\u00e9gion Sud. Elles seront repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es par des personnalit\u00e9s qualifi\u00e9es au sein <br>du Conseil d\u2019administration. <br><\/p><p>Aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s des 10 fondateurs* et des 5 R\u00e9gions, se c\u00f4toieront \u00e9galement des repr\u00e9sentants issus du monde de la p\u00eache, des associations <br>de d\u00e9fense de l\u2019environnement, de la recherche et du monde \u00e9conomique source de discussions parfois engag\u00e9es mais promesse de <br>d\u00e9cisions \u00e9quilibr\u00e9es. <br><\/p><p>La Fondation OPEN-C, a rassembl\u00e9 le 18 avril 2023 son premier conseil d\u2019administration. A cette occasion, Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Moncany de Saint\u0002Aignan a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lu Pr\u00e9sident du conseil d\u2019administration de la Fondation.
